• EYE EXERCISES - How far should the child stand in front of the central dot and how far should the dots be from each other?
The rainbow dots should be at child's eye level, spaced somewhere around 12 inches apart (but this is flexible, depending on your wall space). You can have fun with your child--have him first stand several feet away, and see if he can see all the dots on both sides while looking steadily at the center dot, then move forward a bit, same process, and repeat until the child can no longer see the farthest dots.
